The Foundation
Our team was tasked with redesigning an existing trading platform made to be white labelled. This meant deeply exploring their development documentation, API’s and assessing the platform’s capabilities. We had a tight timeline to deliver final designs and so worked with our business partners to prioritize the highest impact changes, only lightly reskinning other features and applying across-the-board usability and accessibility updates.
Trade, smarter
I worked with our SME’s to design custom data visualizations to make it easier for users to structure and analyze their trades. We wove social features into all aspects of the platform to make sharing and discussing trade ideas and market activity a breeze.
Light or dark? Choose a side
Light themes accommodate users that prefer maximum contrast for easy readability. The color system was built so changing from light to dark was as simple as selecting the opposing color when designing elements in Figma. And all the colors in the palette are contrast and color-blind safe.
Design Library
I built out a design library in Figma so the team could easily access components and styles as needed to maintain consistency and accelerate the design work. This also provided a reference guide to our development partners overseas,
